Innovating humans
All companies, cultures and societies are humans. Still, all innovation focuses on systems, business’, products, etc. In modern society we have reached a level of complexity that goes far beyond what our genetics are programmed to deal with. Our technological innovation has far outrun our genetic capability which puts us under constant stress. This complexity gap is the biggest challenge we are facing in modern times and it will block innovation over time. The lag in human innovation must become the key focus.

Expanding our capacity to deal with complexity, means increasing our ability to understand greater context, which means expanding our consciousness, which means moving upwards.
Looking at younger generations, they already relate to the upward movement. For them, the importance lies in recognition of each individual, and who we are rather than what we do. Adults today have a hard time understanding this and often see the younger generation as without ambitions.
This of course is only from the perspective of ambition being something that moves in the same onward trajectory, however younger generations are not part of that movement, their orientation is already upwards. Once people get this, they also get where the future market will be.
